Ms. Epps has over 20 years experience in medical quality control, quality assurance, patient safety and regulatory compliance within the hospital environment.  She has experience managing, supporting and consulting with hospital staff in the areas of implementing medical information systems and assuring compliance with medical necessity issues.  Her wide ranging experience has also enabled Ms. Epps to identify and correct work related situations that could result in client liability and wrongful injury or death.

 Ms. Epps earned her BS, Cum laude, from Bethune-Cookman College.  She received her MBA from The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, Colorado.  Ms. Epps is certified as a Florida State Licensed Medical Laboratory Supervisor and a Medical (Laboratory) Technologist by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists.

 Ms. Epps is a member of the American Society of Clinical Pathologists, Associate, the Clinical Laboratory Managers Association (CLMA) and the Florida Society for Medical Technology.  Her knowledge and expertise in the medical laboratory field includes technical quality assurance, medical laboratory regulations and standards compliance, patient safety and point of care testing.  Specialities include: Immunohematology (blood banking), Microbiology, Hematology, Chemistry and Immunology.
