Optical Emission Spectroscopy is a means of identifying and certifying metal alloys based on chemical composition. E & S Consulting Inc. routinely performs metal analysis by means of Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES)  in accordance with applicable ASTM Standards and can certify your unknown alloys. Since we offer OES as a in-house service you can be sure you will recieve your results quickly and for an affordable price.

Chemical composition and certification is performed using a Baird DV-4 Optical Emission Spectrometer for Quantitative Metal Analysis and Materials Verification/Certification.
